Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the help portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely repackage your Speediance unit and all included accessories in the original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for your equipment at a time that fits your schedule.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
